Going all out for her new gig, Sandra Bullock was heavy into character as she filmed scenes for her latest project, "The Heat" on Thursday afternoon (July 19).

Melissa McCarthy, the black suit-clad brunette looked her professional part as she took to the Boston set for the midday shoot.
As for film itself, Miss Bullock is taking on the role of an FBI agent who teams up with a Boston police officer (McCarthy) to take down a Russian mobster.
Paul Feig of "Bridesmaids" and "Knocked Up" fame is both directing and producing the 20th Century Fox/Chernin Entertainment motion picture, with a release date set for April 5, 2013.
